The Trump administration is cracking down on key protections for victims of human trafficking, an international crisis impacting 40 million victims. MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent, Ari Melber, examines how while invoking victims of trafficking as props for his wider immigration agenda, Trump has reversed a trend of granting asylum to victims, with the rate of approvals for trafficking visas dropping to just 43% in 2018.
